A somewhat macabre Monday afternoon blog post, but one that does raise some interesting questions…
- How can you protect your digital privacy after death?
- How will you maintain your digital legacy? Will you opt for a digital resurrection?
- Three Facebook users die every minute, what has happened to their accounts?
This infographic from Australian company, Life Insurance Finder, is an illustrated guide to preparing for death. As well a selection of death-related infographics, the company also provide some useful advice such as remembering not to put passwords for your digital accounts in your actual will as wills are made public at death. That will stop potential frapists in their tracks.
Hopefully none of us will need to worry about this anytime soon, but it’s worth bearing in mind that if you don’t take the neccessary steps to prevent it happening then the wrong person could end up with all of your unused iStock credits.
